Tina Nguyen

Tina Nguyen is a seasoned contingent talent partner with extensive experience in recruitment and operational support across various industries. Currently serving as a Contingent Talent Partner at Netflix since January 2022, Tina utilizes a consultative approach to collaborate with hiring managers and HR professionals on a global scale. Previously, Tina worked as a Contingent Talent Partner Contractor for Netflix through PRO Unlimited, and prior to that held the position of Director of Recruitment & Operations at First Professional Services, LLC, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and overseeing recruitment for a diverse range of roles. Tina's career also includes a role as a Staffing Specialist/Talent Coordinator at Stanford University, focusing on the full life-cycle recruitment process. Tina holds a BA in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and an AA in Communications from Golden West College.
