Becca Smith, CPA

Becca Smith, CPA, has been working in the field of accounting since 2015. Becca began their career at LDS Philanthropies as a Student Caller, where they called an average of 35 people per hour to update their information and request donations for BYU. Becca received the Top Caller Award. In 2016, they worked as a Data Entry Assistant at Employers Overload, transferring sensitive employee information to online databases and using basic office equipment. In 2017, they began working at Squire and Company, PC as an Advisory Intern, where they entered monthly transactions such as bank reconciliations and journal entries in Quickbooks and assisted on a company split-off. That same year, they also began working at Deloitte as a Leadership Development Program participant. In 2018, they worked as a Tax Intern at Deloitte and in 2020, they worked as a Tax Senior and Tax Consultant. Currently, they are employed at Netgain Solutions as a Solutions Architect and Implementation Specialist.

Becca Smith, CPA has a Master's degree in Tax Accounting from Brigham Young University's School of Accountancy, which they obtained between 2013 and 2019. Becca also has a Minor in Information Systems from Brigham Young University, which they obtained between 2017 and 2019. In March 2021, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the AICPA.
