Arnoud Besseling

Arnoud Besseling has a strong background in international business and economic development, with experience working in various roles in both the public and private sector. Currently serving as the Executive Director for India and South Korea at the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency, Arnoud previously held advisory and managerial positions at Gemeente Rotterdam and Gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel. Arnoud holds a Master's degree in Sociology and City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Erasmus University Rotterdam, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Management Economics and Law from Rotterdam Business School.
