Ilona Bloem

Ilona Bloem is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience since April 2023, following a similar role at New York University from September 2020 to October 2023. Prior experience includes being a PhD student at Boston University from September 2014 to July 2020, and a trainee at the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour from November 2013 to July 2014. Ilona Bloem also contributed as a Student Assistant at Maastricht University from 2012 to July 2014, with responsibilities that included programming experiments on visual working memory, testing participants, and manuscript preparation. Ilona Bloem holds a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from Boston University and a Master of Science in Research Master Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience from Maastricht University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience from the same institution.
