Michal Pawlik

Michal Pawlik has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at FaktorOne. From 2014 to 2016, they served as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at Narodowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny S.A., where they were responsible for various areas including IT, product, marketing, PR, and sales. In 2017, Michal co-founded and became the Chief Executive Officer of SMEO, a FinTech company, where they played a crucial role in building the company from scratch and overseeing sales, strategic partnerships, marketing, and PR. Michal then joined Warsaw University of Technology Business School as a Lecturer in 2019 and later held a similar role at Collegium Da Vinci in 2020. Currently, Michal serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Nethone starting from 2023.

Michal Pawlik attended the Warsaw University of Technology Business School from 2017 to 2018, focusing on Authorities - Mentors' School. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2015, they studied Academy of Leadership Psychology at the same institution. In 2013, they pursued Management at the ICAN Institute and Harvard Business Review Polska. Michal also completed postgraduate studies in Sales Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Michal holds a Master's degree in Economics from Krakow University of Economics. Additionally, they studied Political Science and International Relations at Jagiellonian University.
