Andrzej Abramczuk

Andrzej Abramczuk, took the position of President of the Management Board, Ceo with effect from August 18, 2018, associated with the Company since December 12, 2017, when he joined the Management Board as Director for Strategy and Regulation.

He has over 20 years of experience in advising entities from the telecommunications and media sectors. Over the last dozen or so years, he has supported the largest transactions in the media and telecommunications industry on the Polish market.

Since September 2009, he has been associated with a leading Polish law firm, Chajec, Don-Siemion & Żyto, where since January 2011 he has been a Partner responsible for the TMT practice, being repeatedly – as a team and individually – recommended in Polish and international legal advisory rankings for this area.

In the years 2006 - 2009 he was associated with P4 (operator of the Play network) where he was the Director of the Legal Area and a member of the management board of an infrastructure company responsible for the construction of the P4 network.

From 2001 to 2006 he was the director of the legal department and a member of the management board in the following companies: Internet Partners, GTS Poland and Cel Polska.

In the years 2011 - 2015 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of CenterNet S.A. and a member of the Supervisory Board of Midas S.A. (currently Aero2 Sp. z o.o.), then listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

For many years, he has been actively working within organizations associating entrepreneurs of the telecommunications market in Poland, where today he is the Vice-President of the PIIT Council and a Member of the KIGEiT Council.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He completed postgraduate studies conducted by the Higher School of Insurance and Banking together with the City University Business School of London and doctoral studies at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
