Astrit Osmani

Astrit Osmani started working as a Technical Recruiter at DataJob Sweden AB in February 2016 and held the position until January 2020. In January 2020, Astrit joined Whitehall Resources as a Recruiting Consultant for the DACH SAP Team. After a short period, Astrit moved to Netigate in October 2021, starting as a Talent Acquisition Manager. They were later promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in June 2022 and then to Head of Talent in March 2023.

Astrit Osmani attended South East European University (SEEU) from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a specialization in Law. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. In April 2020, they completed the certification in "Employer Branding to Attract Talent" and "Talent Sourcing." Additionally, in December 2022, they obtained certifications in "Be the Manager People Won't Leave," "Performance-Based Hiring," and "Talent Management" from LinkedIn.
