Lauren Kichinko

Lauren Kichinko is an accomplished manager and contract manager with extensive experience in program management, particularly within the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and other federal organizations. Since joining NetImpact Strategies Inc. in June 2015, Lauren has provided critical support across various roles, overseeing teams, managing contracts, and implementing strategies for effective task completion and portfolio maintenance. Previous positions included serving as a Senior Acquisition Specialist at Integrity Management Consulting, where contributions led to exceptional performance ratings, and as a Tech Writer III for the Transportation Security Administration, enhancing communication and documentation processes. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from George Mason University and has developed expertise in financial analysis, contract management, and policy implementation throughout a diverse career.
