Maggie Abt

Maggie Abt, PMP, ITILv4, is an accomplished IT Project Manager with extensive experience in managing and designing technology solutions across various government sectors. Currently at NetImpact Strategies Inc., Maggie plays a pivotal role as IT Project Manager for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Library of Congress, leading significant projects including the migration of the Information Technology Investment Portfolio Suite (ITIPS) to the ServiceNow platform. Previous roles include serving as Functional Lead & Technical Consultant for the Department of State, where Maggie managed communication and quality assurance for interdisciplinary teams, and as Technical Consultant for the USDA Forest Service, successfully launching a modernized HRM website. Additional experience encompasses web development and UI/UX design for the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and CEB, complemented by a BA in Imaging and Digital Art from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
