Neil Sanders

Neil Sanders currently serves as the Director of UX Research and Design at NetJets, focusing on building a top-tier UX team to enhance digital user experiences. As the Owner and Principal of UXD Leader, LLC since 2010, Neil specializes in user experience design, team building, and brand identity development for corporations. Previous roles include Senior Manager of User Experience/Design at Wheels, Inc., where Neil established a high-functioning UX practice, and Creative Director of UX at Insurance Auto Auctions, managing a team of UI/UX designers. Neil has a strong background in brand marketing from positions at HSBC and Household International, along with earlier experience as a Senior Designer at Dex Media. Neil holds a BA in Animation/Multimedia from Columbia College Chicago.
