Teresa Carter

Teresa Carter is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in brand design, UX, and marketing. Currently serving as Staff Brand Designer at Netlify since August 2022, Teresa oversees and implements brand design across various mediums, contributing to the development of foundational design systems. Previously, Teresa held the position of Design Lead at &yet for eight years, leading diverse design projects and maintaining project-specific design systems. In 2021, Teresa briefly worked as Product Manager and UX Lead at New Sphere, focusing on product feature development and user experience improvements. Earlier experiences include roles as Website Developer and Designer at Focal Point Marketing & Multimedia, Graphic Designer at Central Washington University, and freelance graphic design services, providing a broad range of design solutions. Teresa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art & Advertising from Central Washington University.
