Tom McConnell's work experience begins in 2007 as a Warehouse Assistant at Sage Publications. Tom then worked as a Personal Assistant at Fusion Culinary Services, llc from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, they joined James Burchill & Associates, Inc as a Research Assistant and was promoted after six months. At this company, they managed budgets, conducted research, and wrote position pieces for various clients.
