Tobin Hobbs

Tobin Hobbs is the Patent Counsel, and has more than 12 years of licensing, patent litigation and patent prosecution experience across a broad range of semiconductor technologies. He most recently served as General and Patent Counsel at Focus Universal, where he managed their patent harvesting and prosecution. He has also held legal positions at various IP law firms. Mr. Hobbs holds a BS in Physics from the United States Military Academy and an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri. He received his JD from Chapman University School of Law.
