Jan Petersen

Jan Petersen is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in telecommunications and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Planungsingenieur Tk-Anlagen Bahn at TBD-Solutions since February 2022, Jan has held roles at NetNumber since April 2018 in product management and at Nokia as a Senior System Engineer focused on IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) deployments for European Tier 1 Mobile Operators. Prior experience includes positions at Siemens Communications, where Jan worked as a System Engineer and System Software Developer on Mobile Switching Centers and signaling protocols, beginning with work at Siemens ÖN. Jan's expertise encompasses IMS-based VoLTE deployment, fixed mobile convergence, and various signaling system technologies.
