Lori Willett has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1999, they worked as an Information Design Services Team Lead at Global eXchange Services. Lori then moved to Neustar, Inc. where they held several roles, including Director of Technical Documentation & Communication, Director of Business Operations, and Director of the Customer Advocacy Program and Marketing Services. In 2017, Lori joined nThrive as the Vice President of Market Intelligence, where they focused on enhancing the customer experience and improving client satisfaction. Lori then worked at KnowBe4 as the VP of Customer Advocacy, where they designed and implemented customer strategies and programs. Currently, Lori is the Director of Customer Experience at Netography, where they oversee the organization's customer experience initiatives. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in market intelligence, customer advocacy, strategic planning, and revenue growth.
Lori Willett holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in English/Writing from Towson University. Lori also has additional certifications in Net Promoter and Six Sigma.
