Alexander Choi

Alexander Choi has a strong background in project management and customer engagement. Alexander is currently working as an Engagement Manager at Netomi, where they lead customer engagements, ensures successful project implementations, and provides guidance during customer onboarding.

Prior to Netomi, Alexander worked as a Senior Project Manager at Zenoti, where they provided governance for the implementation of projects for enterprise and strategic customers. Alexander also acted as the primary driver of communication between Zenoti and client project teams.

Before Zenoti, Alexander held the position of Project Manager at Provoke Solutions, where they actively managed enterprise-level projects and maintained project plans and documentation. Alexander also identified and communicated changes, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

Alexander's experience also includes a role as a Project Manager at Apptio, where they worked from 2018 to 2020. Alexander has also worked as a Project Coordinator at the American Institutes for Research, where they coordinated with delivery teams and led help desk teams.

In addition, Alexander has experience in the healthcare industry. Alexander worked as an IT Analyst at Evolent Health, where they led a team responsible for supporting a medical charting application system. Alexander also served as a Program Coordinator, leading a team in the implementation of service operations and coordinating patient care.

Before their career in project management and healthcare, Alexander served in the Florida Army National Guard. Alexander held roles such as Assistant Operations Officer, Operations Manager, and Platoon Leader, where they managed teams, handled administrative functions, and oversaw day-to-day operations.

Alexander Choi attended the University of West Florida from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Public Relations. Alexander'sfield of study focused on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
