Jennifer Saetern

Jennifer Saetern is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at netPolarity, Inc. since September 2021, Jennifer oversees HR functions within the West Coast Contingent Workforce Division. Previous roles include HRM Support for Sales, Marketing, and Operations at Cyber Switching and Human Resources Manager for the Managed Services Division at CH Reynolds, where a strategic transition to the technology sector occurred. With additional experience as Human Resources Manager at Maleko Personnel and Universal Site Services, Inc., and as US HR Manager at IAR Systems, Jennifer has developed expertise in staffing, training, employee relations, and compliance. Educationally, Jennifer is pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Science at De Anza College.
