He has more than 20 years of varied experience in Operations, Delivery, Quality and Client Management with various IT organizations. He has spearheaded various quality initiatives and has great understanding and practical implementation of industry best practices. He has worked in various capacities, from General Manager to Chief Operating Officer (COO) with varied companies. His expertise in general management, operations and client management comes as a great asset. His last assignment was with Xchanging Technology Services, as Head of IT and Global Director- Quality. He is passionate about building small companies into big giants. In his professional and entrepreneurial careers, he has helped Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) change gear into the bigger league.
