Julian Alvarez

Julian Alvarez has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Julian most recently worked as a Building Engineer at Netrality Data Centers starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they served as an End dump Truck Driver at Beelman Truck Co. from May 2019 to August 2020. From September 2017 to April 2019, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Design Concept Group Inc. Before that, they were an Assistant Facilities Manager for client State Street at CBRE from September 2006 to August 2017. Julian also worked as an Assistant Facilities Manager at State Street from August 2003 to September 2006. Julian began their career as a Senior Maintenance Mechanic at Johnson County in May 1993 and served there until August 2003. Julian's earliest work experience was with the US Army, where they served as an 88M and 14D, achieving the rank of E-6. Julian underwent various training, including nuclear, biological, and chemical warfare training, and completed the 26.2-mile Bataan Memorial Death March at White Sands Missile Range, finishing second in their team after six months of training.
