Jens Mølgaard Sørensen has a diverse work experience in the hotel and retail industries. Jens started their career in 1999 as a Front Desk Manager at Kommandørgården, where they managed reception operations. Jens then joined Zleep Hotels in 2008 as a Management Trainee and later became a Hotel Manager, overseeing various Zleep hotels in Aalborg, Hamburg, and Dresden. Jens gained valuable experience in hotel management and operations during this time. In 2011, they ventured abroad to Greenland, working as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Hotel Hans Egede. After their stint in Greenland, they worked at TCB Oil and Retail in 2011 as part of their retail team, gaining valuable experience in the convenience market. In 2012, they joined Brøchner Hotels as an Assistant Revenue Manager, responsible for revenue optimization, system implementation, and stakeholder management. Finally, from 2015, they joined NETS, where they worked in the CC Center and later transitioned to Customer Information Management.

Jens Mølgaard Sørensen's education history includes several relevant experiences. In 2006, they attended HRS- Hotel og Restaurant Skolen, where they pursued an Ap Program Service Management degree with a focus on service. Jens completed this program in 2008.
