Zhonghan Chen has extensive experience in strategic development and business management across various industries, including financial services and technology. At NETS, Zhonghan served as SVP and Chief of Staff, leading transformation and technology resiliency initiatives, while previously holding the role of Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Planning. Zhonghan's experience includes launching Singapore's first digital bank, Trust Bank, as Head of Strategic Development at NTUC Enterprise Co-operative Limited, which garnered over 800,000 customers. Prior to that, Zhonghan worked at Visa in senior business development roles, focusing on merchant and banking relationships to enhance Visa acceptance. Early in the career, Zhonghan was Director of Strategic Business Development at BSH Home Appliances Group, formulating long-term growth strategies. Following a career break for family relocation in Brisbane, Zhonghan is poised to bring a robust strategic mindset to future endeavors.
