Alana Merdzan is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer marketing and advocacy. Currently serving as the Global Director of Customer Marketing and Advocacy at Netskope since November 2020, Alana has previously held positions as Senior Manager and Customer Marketing Manager within the same organization. Prior to Netskope, Alana worked at Uberflip from May 2017 to November 2020, where responsibilities included strategizing customer journeys and managing customer communications. Earlier in the career, Alana gained experience as a Customer Success Associate and as an Administrator for the City of Toronto's Employment & Social Services. Alana holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management with a major in Marketing from Ryerson University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney.
