Tariq Farid

Tariq Farid is an entrepreneur and business leader with over 30 years of experience. In 1986, they opened Farid's Flower Shop, and in 1989 they founded Northeast Systems Group, Inc. In 1999, they founded Edible Arrangements, Edible Brands, LLC, and NetSolace, Inc. In 2012, they founded Berry Direct, an Edible Arrangements affiliated company. In 2014, they acquired software provider Emaximation and rebranded it as Naranga. In 2017, they became a Member of the Board of Directors for the International Franchise Association. In 2018, they founded Farids & Co. LLC, and in 2019 they founded Incredible Edibles.

Tariq Farid attended Harvard Business School in 2015 and participated in their Executive Education Program. Prior to that, they attended Albertus Magnus College between 1989 and 1991, studying General Studies. Tariq also holds a Certified Franchise Executive certification from the International Franchise Association.
