Erin Waddington has over 20 years of experience in the creative industry, with expertise in brand strategy, creative leadership, and marketing. Erin has held various roles in multiple companies, including Netspend, where they served as Group Creative Director and was responsible for managing a large budget and implementing modern creative and marketing technology. Notably, Waddington played a crucial role in Netspend's success, achieving double-digit annual revenue growth in the highly regulated financial industry. Prior to Netspend, they worked as a Creative Director at The Label Collective and GasPedal, where they led teams in developing various creative materials and UX design. Waddington also served as an Associate Creative Director at Somnio Solutions, Inc., where they led cross-functional teams and developed internal processes to improve creative output. Erin Waddington has an extensive education history. Erin attended Cornish College of the Arts from 1995 to 1999 and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Graphic Design. In 1993, they attended Seattle Central College and earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Education.

Later, in 2002 and 2003, Erin pursued higher education at San Francisco State University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing.

In recent years, Erin has expanded their knowledge and expertise in the field of winemaking and viticulture. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Texas Tech University and received a Professional Certification in Viticulture through the Texas Viticulture Program. Continuing their education in the wine industry, Erin pursued another certification in winemaking from Texas Tech University's Texas Winemaking/Enology Certificate Program, which they completed in 2017 and 2018.

Additionally, Erin obtained the "IDEO U - LEADING FOR CREATIVITY" certification from IDEO U in December 2020.
