Thea Zeak Jandial

Thea Zeak Jandial has a diverse work experience, starting in 1994 at Accenture where they were a Manager. Thea created and launched capabilities in the Pharmaceutical industry and successfully prepared clients for new competition and product launches.

From 2000 to 2001, Thea worked at Alysida Solutions as a Director of Product Management and Implementation Services. Thea owned all aspects of the product, developed a professional services organization, and successfully delivered an asset management solution for a Fortune 100 Company.

In 2002, Thea joined Walmart.com as a Senior Manager of Program Management. Thea partnered with cross-functional teams to develop processes and managed a team to meet business objectives. Thea successfully launched internal Customer Service operations.

From 2007 to 2010, Thea worked at Luxottica Retail as the Director of Web and eCommerce. Thea led teams and stakeholders to establish Luxottica as a multi-channel retailer, set standards for digital marketing, and successfully launched SunglassHut.

From 2010 to 2012, Thea was a Product Development and Marketing Consultant at NetSpend Corporation. Thea launched new products, managed end-to-end development, and successfully launched the Control Prepaid MasterCard with BET Networks.

Lastly, from 2012 to the present, Thea has been working at NetSpend as the Director of Business Development. Thea has launched and managed new businesses, led market research, developed brand strategies, and achieved high growth objectives by creating a seamless customer experience. Noteworthy achievements include launching the Brink's Prepaid MasterCard and the Control Prepaid MasterCard with BET Networks.

From 1990 to 1994, Thea Zeak Jandial attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Math.
