Andy Blocher

CFO, Secretary and Treasurer at NetSTREIT

Andy Blocher has over 20 years of experience in debt and equity financing, investor relations, capital allocation, corporate governance, and strategic advisory for publicly traded REITs. Andy leads our balance sheet strategy and manages our capital raising, investor relations, accounting, human resources, and financial reporting.

He served as Chief Financial Officer of First Potomac Realty Trust (NYSE:FPO), guiding it through the sale to Government Properties Income Trust (NASDAQ:GOV) in October 2017. Andy previously served at Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE:FRT) in a variety of strategic capital markets, investor relations, and corporate communications positions, culminating in his role as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer during the financial crisis of 2008–09. In 2014, Andy was named CFO of the Year by The Washington Business Journal.

Andy holds a BS in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an MBA from The George Washington University. He served on the board of directors of Make-A-Wish, Mid-Atlantic, from 2013 through 2019.
