Zaira Nichole R.

Zaira Nichole Racadio, CSSYB, CLDP, currently works in Learning & Development at Kenvue since January 2023, after serving in a similar capacity at Johnson & Johnson as part of the Learning and Development team from July 2020 to January 2023. Previous experience includes roles in Sales Training and Systems Training at Cashalo and a variety of positions at Ascend Group, including Product Training Lead and Sales Executive in the financial technology sector. Zaira also has experience in content and quality control at Lazada Group and in customer service and marketing at EduPower Publishing Corporation. Zaira holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of the Philippines and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Development Communication at the University of the Philippines Open University.
