Michael Rinaldi, EIT, is currently serving as an R&D/Application Engineer at Nett Technologies Inc since May 2023, where responsibilities include researching and implementing emission control solutions for the power generation, mining, and marine industries, while collaborating with various departments to meet global emission reduction targets. Prior experience includes a role as Lab Supervisor at Magellan Aerospace Limited from March 2022 to May 2023, where data collection and analysis for destructive testing were conducted, along with ensuring lab equipment calibration per ASTM standards and ISO 17025. Michael also worked at Ryerson University from May 2017 to April 2021 as a Laboratory and Teaching Assistant, overseeing undergraduate lab activities, and as a researcher focusing on metallurgical analysis of aluminum and magnesium alloys. Michael holds a Master of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, both from Toronto Metropolitan University.
