Mohamad Abdou

Mohamad Abdou has extensive experience in the field of IT, with a focus on enterprise content management (ECM), collaboration, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a System Administrator at Abdul Rahman Fakieh SCHOOLs, where they gained expertise in various technologies including Active Directory, ISA Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Captaris Workflow. Mohamad was also responsible for network administration.

In 2008, they joined MEDITERRANEAN SEA & GULF FOR COMPUTER SYSTEMS (M.G.S) as a Technical Consultant, specializing in implementing and providing pre-sales support for the Livelink ECM Suite from Open Text.

Since 2009, Mohamad has been employed at Netways, where they initially served as a Senior Consultant, focusing on MS Project Server, SharePoint ECM, Collaboration, and Portals, as well as Dynamics CRM. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Architect.

Mohamad Abdou began their education in 1991 at Pere Carmes High School, where they completed the Lebanese Official Baccalaureate in the Mathematics Division in 1997. Following this, from 1999 to 2001, Mohamad attended the Lebanese University - University Institute of Technology, earning a University Diploma of Technology in Telecommunication and Networking Engineering. Mohamad then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science and Communication from Arts, Sciences & Technology University in Lebanon, studying from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Mohamad Abdou has also acquired various certifications. Notable certifications include "How to Be More Strategic in Six Steps" from LinkedIn, obtained in February 2022, and "Big Data in the Age of AI" from LinkedIn, obtained in April 2021.
