Mario Augusto de Castro has a long and varied work experience. In 2007, they began working as a Senior Sales Manager at Sanofi, where they were awarded Best National Performance Award for 2008 in recognition of a 20% sales increase. Mario Augusto de then moved to Fit4 Store in 2009, where they increased monthly sales by $300K by developing a condominium gym facility solution. In 2010, they became the National Sales Manager at Germed Pharma, where they reinvigorated the Ophthalmology BU by increasing monthly sales to USD2MM, a 150% YoY increase. In 2012, they attended Hult International Business School, where they were a Marketing and Sales Executive for the MBA Class of 2013. In 2013, they joined GE Healthcare as a Latam Senior Marketing Manager and was awarded Global Marketer of the Year in 2014. In 2016, they became the Marketing Head at CR Bard, where they delivered strong sales growth (41% top line) by GTM strategy and demand generation programs. In 2018, they joined Acelity as Commercial Director, where they grew over 60% EBITDA and 19% top line revenues. In 2020, they became the Marketing Director Latin America at ConvaTec. In 2021, they joined ALTA Personnel Staffing & Outsourcing as Sales Director US (Consultant), where they improved sales 20% in 6 months. Currently, they are the Sales and Marketing Head US & Latam at Netwire Global, where they are implementing digital transformation and revisiting market attraction and competitors structure analysis to rebuild the company strategy.

Mario Augusto de Castro attended Fundação Dom Cabral from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an MBA in Company specializing in Marketing. Mario Augusto de then attended Hult International Business School from 2012 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing. In 2013, they also obtained a Certificate from Harvard University Extension School in Business and Social Skills - CSR.
