Jas Shergill has a diverse work experience history spanning several companies and roles.

Starting in 2003, Jas worked as an IT Trainer at Thames-Valley Probation Trust, conducting training, producing materials, and providing helpdesk support. Jas also developed strong communication and administration skills during this time.

In 2005, Jas transitioned to the role of Systems Analyst at NHBC, where they analyzed systems and processes to improve efficiency and functionality.

Returning to Thames-Valley Probation Trust in 2005, Jas took on the position of Senior IT Officer. Here, they project-managed database development, provided helpdesk support, and ensured software, hardware, and network maintenance.

Moving on to Westminster City Council in 2013, Jas worked as a Senior Technical Officer, contributing to technical projects and operations.

In the same year, Jas joined Genesis Housing Association as a Senior Business Improvement Analyst. They were responsible for driving business improvements and analyzing operations.

Jas then became a Business Change Partner at Notting Hill Genesis in 2017, collaborating with stakeholders.

From 2018 to 2020, Jas worked as a Business Transformation Consultant at Issured Limited, supporting clients in developing operating models and architecture, facilitating workshops, and creating policies and procedures.

In 2021, Jas joined Biffa as a Process Specialist, leading process design elements. They were responsible for documenting processes, implementing business rules, and maintaining process documentation.

Following Biffa, Jas joined Buckinghamshire Council in 2021 as a Senior Service Improvement Officer. Here, they facilitated workshops, conducted research, and created customer journeys and process maps.

Currently, Jas is working as a Business Change Manager at Network Homes.

Throughout their career, Jas has developed strong skills in process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, workshop facilitation, and project management.

Jas Shergill began their education at Rycotewood College from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a GNVQ Advanced degree in IT. Following that, from 2000 to 2003, Jas attended Bucks Chiltern University and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business IT. In addition to their formal education, Jas also obtained various certifications throughout their career. Some of these include the Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification from CMC Partnership Global in July 2023, the Becoming a UX Designer from Scratch certification from The Interaction Design Foundation in December 2021, and the RPA Business Analysis Fundamentals, RPA Implementation Fundamentals, and RPA Starter certifications from UiPath in January 2021. Jas also holds certifications in Business Analysis in Agile (Scrum) from QA Ltd in August 2020, BPMN Notation from QA Ltd in July 2020, International Diploma in Business Analysis, Certificate in Modelling Business Processes, Certificate in Requirements Engineering, Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis, and Certificate in Business Analysis Practice from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2020 and 2018. Furthermore, Jas obtained the APMG Business Change Practitioner certification from APMG International in March 2018, Agile 10 Foundations certification from Critical Paths Consultancy Ltd in December 2015, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from The Lean Six Sigma Company in August 2015, Six Sigma Green-Belt certification from Services Ltd in June 2013, and Prince2 Foundation certification from OGC in August 2012. Additionally, Jas obtained certifications in HTML and CSS Development in May 2011 and Advanced MS Access Database Development & VBA in March 2011, although the institutions granting these certifications are not specified.
