Andrew Brownlee

Andrew Brownlee serves as the Digital & Data Transformation Lead at Network Rail since May 2013, focusing on supporting railway executives and managers with digital operations and continuous improvement. His previous roles at Network Rail include Business Transformation & Data Lead and Head Of Systems Development & Strategy, where Andrew successfully delivered significant capabilities such as a Logical Data Model and technology roadmaps. Prior to Network Rail, Andrew held key positions at SBE Consulting Ltd, British Gas Business/Centrica, TalkTalk Business, and VarTec Telecom, with extensive experience in fraud management and operational improvement. Andrew's career began in the British Army, where Andrew served in the UK Airborne Special Forces.
