Chloe Owens is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources and employment law sectors. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Network Rail since December 2023, Chloe previously held positions at Peninsula UK as a High Risk and Complex Case Senior Employment Law Advisor and Employment Law Consultant from April 2022 to December 2023. Prior to this, Chloe worked as a Human Resources Administrator at NIAB for a brief period and as a Recruitment Administrator at Cavendish Education Group, managing the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.
