Cigdem Katmerci

Cigdem Katmerci has over 15 years of professional experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. In 2007, they began their career at Kariyer.net as a Key Account Manager and Key Account Customer Success Specialist. In 2016, they joined İDEALDENT Professional Dental Solutions as a Human Resources Organization Development Manager and was responsible for the delivery of all HR Strategies, the execution and delivery of all HR activities, and designing and improving the recruitment process. In 2018, they moved to Adecco as a Branch Manager/Şube Müdürü, where they were responsible for creating branch recruitment strategies and managing the recruiting team activities. In 2019, they joined HUMANERA Consulting as a Senior Consultant and was responsible for understanding client organizations' overall business strategy, management structure, and corporate culture. In 2021, they became a Talent Acquisition Executive at OPLOG and was responsible for performing an end-to-end recruitment cycle and delivering a great candidate experience. Currently, they are a Human Resources Manager at Network Hardwares and a People Experience Lead Designer at Roof Games.

Cigdem Katmerci has an extensive educational background. Cigdem has obtained a Certificate in Professional Human Resources Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, an ESL certificate from Bergen Community College, and a Lisans Derecesi in İşletme ve Yönetim, Genel from Anadolu University. Cigdem also has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Istanbul University which they are currently pursuing. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy, bindHR, and ATÖLYE.
