Ilia Sotnikov

Ilia Sotnikov is an experienced professional currently serving as the VP of User Experience at Netwrix Corporation since June 2013, where responsibilities include creating and launching UX initiatives and managing teams focused on UX research, technical documentation, and partnerships. Previous roles at Netwrix included General Director of the St. Petersburg subsidiary and Vice President of Product Management, where Ilia worked closely with executive leadership to define product strategy. Ilia has also contributed as a member of the Forbes Technology Council since November 2018 and held product management positions at Dell and Quest Software, in addition to a role as a tech writer and support specialist at Aelita Software. Education was received at the St Petersburg Theatre Arts Academy.
