Shiva K.C has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shiva. began their career at Global Realty Outsourcing India Pvt. Limited, where they worked as a Financial Analyst. Shiva. then moved on to e4e Healthcare Business Services as a Business Analyst, responsible for accounts receivables management in the medical claim vertical. Shiva then joined ICICI Bank Ltd as an Assistant Manager, handling branch operations and cross-selling products.

After that, Shiva worked at Axis Bank as a Corporate Credit Manager, specializing in credit appraisal and management of advances for SMEs and Channel Finance in the Southern Zone. Shiva. then moved to ABN AMRO BANK as a Credit Relationship Manager, overseeing the Mid Corporate asset portfolio across southern states.

Shiva's career then took him to The World Bank, where they served as a Financial Analyst and was part of the team that established an operations hub in Chennai for IFC, a subsidiary of The World Bank. Shiva. played a crucial role in the successful transition of processes from the World Bank H.Q.

Following their tenure at The World Bank, Shiva joined Jana Small Finance Bank as Deputy Head of Loan Operations for Public Finance. Here, they managed the asset operations of the Urban Infrastructure portfolio and played a significant role in setting up the big-ticket loans vertical, growing the book size substantially.

Shiva then worked at Northern Arc Capital as Director and Head of Operations, responsible for overseeing operations in the organization. Shiva. later joined Botree Money as the Chief Operating Officer, where they played a key role in the company's operations.

Currently, Shiva holds the position of Managing Director - India at NetXD Inc., a role they assumed in September 2023.

Shiva KC completed a Masters Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) from Symbiosis International University from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, Shiva KC obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management (BBM) from Bharathiar University between 1993 and 1996.
