Tim Femister

Tim Femister has a diverse work experience in the technology solutions industry. Tim most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer at NetXperts, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they were the President at NetXperts from February 2023 to May 2023.

Before joining NetXperts, Tim held various roles at ConvergeOne from November 2016 to February 2023. Tim started as the Vice President of Digital Infrastructure and later became the Vice President of National Practices (Cyber, DC & Cloud). Tim also served as the Senior Director of Cybersecurity and Cloud, Senior Director of Cybersecurity, and Director of Solutions and Offer Development during their time at ConvergeOne. Tim was also the CTO - Public Sector at ConvergeOne from January 2013 to November 2016, where they were instrumental in developing the Public Sector practice and achieving significant revenue growth.

Prior to ConvergeOne, Tim worked at Presidio Networked Solutions as an Enterprise Account Manager - Public Sector from May 2011 to January 2013. Tim also gained experience in sales and business development at Nexus IS / Vector from 2009 to 2011.

Throughout their career, Tim Femister has demonstrated expertise in areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and public sector technology solutions. Tim has successfully led teams, developed innovative go-to-market strategies, and played a key role in M&A processes. Tim is also recognized as a thought leader in the industry and has contributed to leading publications, spoken at various events, and co-created a career education program.

Tim Femister studied Marketing Management and Applied Mathematics at the Kellogg Honors College at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Tim has obtained additional certifications in CCNP Voice and Cisco CMNP / Meraki Masters. Tim was one of the first six individuals globally to be certified in Cisco CMNP / Meraki Masters and also played a role in beta testing the certification.
