Christy Caspers

Christy Caspers is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Board Member at NETZRO, SBC, since December 2021, and as the Founder of the Law Office of Christine Caspers since August 2014, specializing in general corporate, employment, direct selling, and equine law with a focus on helping businesses thrive legally. Caspers previously held the position of Chief Legal Officer at Tastefully Simple from February 2003 to August 2014, where strategic legal visioning was provided on corporate law matters, particularly in direct selling, food law, and intellectual property. Prior to that, Caspers was Associate General Counsel at Star Tribune from 1992 to 2002, concentrating on labor and employment law, and served as an Associate at Winthrop & Weinstine focusing on employment law and lobbying for Minnesota gaming from September 1989 to November 1992. Caspers holds a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and two master's degrees in Political Science and Public Administration from Colorado State University.
