Helen Preston

Helen Preston currently serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Human Capital Management Business Partner at Neuberger Berman since February 2024. Previously, Helen has held various significant roles at Genesis Investment Management LLP, including Associate Partner and Head of Human Resources from October 2015 to September 2022. Prior to that, Helen was involved with Neuberger Berman in multiple capacities, including Senior HR Consultant and Senior Vice President, HR Business Partner for EMEA & LATAM from August 2007 to July 2015. Additional experience includes a Vice President role at Citi and HR positions at Barclays Capital. Helen Preston holds a BS in Business Administration & Social Studies from Aston University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
