Lauren Shepland

Lauren Shepland is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Neuberger Berman since April 2023. Previously, Lauren held the role of Associate in Capital Introduction at Clear Street from August 2021 to December 2022 and worked in various talent roles at Notable and Better, where responsibilities included managing campus recruiting and serving as a senior recruiter. Additional experience includes a managerial position in talent acquisition at Tower Research Capital and leading investment recruiting efforts at Bridgewater Associates. Lauren began their career as an Account Manager at Adam Kluger Public Relations after completing education at Sacred Heart University.
