Monika Rogalska is a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner at Grupa NEUCA since January 2010, specializing in the design and implementation of coherent HR processes across the organization. Responsibilities include managing internal communication, organizational culture, recruitment, employee development, and compensation. Monika also plays a crucial role in the Supply Chain area, focusing on strategic consulting and operational support for organizational change management. Previously, Monika worked at Polpharma in various HR roles, including HR Development Manager and Change Management Manager, where support was provided for operational areas concerning HR policy implementation and organizational change. Monika began their career as a freelance journalist, covering social topics, after obtaining a Master's degree in Sociology from Nicolaus Copernicus University.
