Amy Nelson-Lauro has extensive experience in marketing and operations management. Amy began their career at Hair Comes the Bride as an Office Manager, where they provided customer consultations, completed online orders, and handled invoicing and shipping. In 2009, they joined Neudesic as an Office Administrator and Marketing Assistant, where they assisted in various marketing activities, including managing relationships with partners, coordinating events and conferences, ordering promotional items, and handling newsletters and social media. Amy then progressed to roles such as Marketing Coordinator, Corporate Marketing Specialist/Event Manager, and Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, where they were responsible for marketing analytics, reporting, budget management, and national campaign planning. In their most recent role as Marketing/Alliances Operations Manager at Neudesic, Amy oversees marketing analytics, provides statistical analysis, identifies success indicators, and determines best practices for measurement and reporting. Amy also manages the marketing budget and supports executive management through weekly reporting.
