Barry Sherrington

Barry Sherrington started their work experience as a Network Coordinator for the American Bureau of Shipping from 1990 to 1994. Barry then joined Conchango US in 1994 and held various roles such as Senior Consultant, Senior Architect, Director of Projects and Engagements, and Business Development until 2008. At Conchango US, Barry was involved in generating sales, shaping solutions, and running Scoping sessions for the software development group.

From 2008 to 2009, Barry worked at EMC Consulting as a Solutions Principal and Client Solutions Director, focusing on growing Microsoft-related services and generating sales in the Telecommunications, Media, and Entertainment vertical.

Starting in 2009, Barry joined SphereGen as a Certified ScrumMaster where they ran projects with onshore and offshore team members and coached team members in Scrum principles. Barry also coached clients on Product Ownership at the beginning of projects.

From 2015 to 2021, Barry worked at KaizenSpark LLC as a Certified Scrum Master. In this role, they were vastly experienced in using Agile techniques and had a proven track record of success in mentoring, coaching, and running cross-functional dispersed teams.

Currently, Barry Sherrington is working as a Senior Delivery Manager at Neudesic, starting from June 2021.

Barry Sherrington attended the University of East London from 1987 to 1989, where they pursued studies in Finance and Accounting. Prior to this, they attended Doncaster Grammar School, but no specific dates or degree information are provided. In terms of additional certifications, Barry obtained their Certified Swimming Instructor certification from Westfield YMCA in June 2019, while their Certified Lifeguard certification was obtained from the same institution in December 2018.
