Christina Luffman

Christina (Chris) Luffman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

Starting with their most recent position at Neudesic, Chris is currently the Director of Business Transformation & Strategy. In this role, they focus on business development and identifying innovative opportunities to enhance the company's service portfolio. Christina (Chris) builds relationships with clients, serves as a trusted advisor to guide them through complex business challenges, and develops strategic roadmaps to help them achieve their goals.

Prior to Neudesic, Chris worked at Slalom, where they held various consultant roles. Christina (Chris) was assigned to an O&G client and provided Agile advisory and execution expertise. Christina (Chris) was involved in defining and establishing a Lean Portfolio Management Office and worked within the Wells Design & Execution Digital Platform. Christina (Chris) also provided Agile advisory and execution expertise to the Upstream Drilling & Completions Digital Program.

Before Slalom, Chris worked at BHP Billiton as a Principal Project Manager and later as an independent contractor. In these roles, they drove business transformation with an Agile mindset and managed large and complex projects. Christina (Chris) also guided successful projects within petroleum initiatives, collaborating with business partners to define scope, develop engagement plans, and deliver tangible business cases.

Chris began their career at Direct Energy, where they held roles as a Senior Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Senior Data Analyst. As a Senior Project Manager, they steered strategic initiatives, established work scopes, and built delivery teams. As a Business Analyst, they analyzed business processes, established business rules, and collaborated with cross-functional teams. As a Senior Data Analyst, they tracked and managed sales data, automated reporting processes, and ensured data accuracy.

Throughout their career, Chris has received multiple awards and recognition for their outstanding performance, including "MVP," "Employee of the Month," "Outstanding Performer," and "Sales Hall of Fame" awards.

Chris Luffman began their education at the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained three bachelor's degrees: a BSBA, BSBM, and BSEB in Business Management. Christina (Chris) then pursued a Master of Science in Information Systems and International Business at the University of St. Thomas (TX) from 2005 to 2007.

In 2023, Chris attended the MIT Sloan School of Management, earning an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation.

Alongside their formal education, Chris also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2013, they became an ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) and a CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) from the Project Management Institute. In 2018, they completed the certification course "Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories" from LinkedIn, as well as "Learning to Be Assertive." Most recently, in 2019, they achieved the Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
