Jai Gandham

Jai Gandham has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 2004, they worked as an Agency Manager at Citi India, where they managed two agencies involved in the collection of auto loans and ensured compliance with company policies. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Business Development Manager at SRS Teksoft Inc, where they were responsible for business placements of technical consultants and maintained relationships with clients, consultants, partners, and vendors. Starting in 2013, Jai joined Capgemini and held multiple roles, including Senior Executive - Recruitment, where they sourced, screened, scheduled interviews, and onboarded candidates. Jai Gandham completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Osmania University between 2000 and 2004. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern University starting in 2009.
