Leann Wyzkoski

Leann Wyzkoski has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Leann is currently working as the Director of Client Delivery at Neudesic since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Aspirant from 2013 to 2021, starting as an Engagement Manager and later transitioning to the role of Senior Consultant. During their time at Aspirant, Leann played a key role in various projects related to digital transformation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and eCommerce. Leann also led the implementation of Product Information Management and Digital Asset Management systems for a global industrial absorbents manufacturer.

Before joining Aspirant, Leann served as a Senior Project Manager at Heritage Valley Health System from 2009 to 2013. In this role, they successfully led the selection and implementation of an Acute Care Electronic Health Record (EHR) software. Leann also played a pivotal role in the replacement of an existing Patient Portal solution.

From 2008 to 2009, Leann worked as a Project Manager at UPMC Health Plan, where they were involved in implementing a complex IT project related to Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Leann also led a capital-funded project focused on enhancing the health plan's self-developed care management system.

Leann's career began in 2000 when they established their own consulting business, DIVI Solutions, LLC, where they served as a Consultant and President until 2008. During this time, they worked with various organizations to redesign business processes, optimize operations, and implement technological solutions. Notably, they managed a strategic project management process and created a project management framework for a leading provider of software solutions.

Leann started their career in 1999 as a Programmer/Analyst II at PPG Industries. Leann was responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing IT solutions to support the strategic goals of the business unit. Leann implemented a Visual Basic application to automate data entry for inventory management and provided timely support and maintenance for manufacturing operations.

Leann Wyzkoski completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they graduated with a high school diploma from North Hills High School between 1986 and 1990. In addition to their formal education, Leann obtained additional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2015 and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in November 2020.
