Pavai Kaviarasan

Pavai Kaviarasan has a diverse work experience. They started their career as a Web Applications Developer at The Ohio State University in 2014 and worked there until 2015. After that, they joined Fiserv as a Database Analyst and worked there from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Sogeti as a Consultant and later progressed to the roles of Senior Consultant and Manager Consultant. They worked at Sogeti until 2022 when they joined Neudesic as a Delivery Manager.

Pavai Kaviarasan has a diverse education history. From 2011 to 2016, Pavai attended The Ohio State University and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences. In 2020, Pavai enrolled in the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

In addition to formal education, Pavai has obtained several certifications. In May 2018, Pavai earned the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org. In October 2018, Pavai obtained the Data Science and Big Data Analytics: Making Data-Driven Decisions certification from MIT Professional Education. Lastly, in January 2019, Pavai achieved the SAFe 4 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
