Serik S. has a diverse work history, starting as the Founder of iDoctor.kz | Startup in 2013. Serik successfully revolutionized healthcare in Central Asia by creating an online booking platform connecting doctors and patients. Serik was responsible for leading a team of 25 members, including software engineers, customer care representatives, and business development managers. Under their leadership, two new product platforms were launched, achieving break-even in just 15 months.

In 2017, Serik joined CHI Franciscan Health as a Data Analytics Manager, where they oversaw data analysis initiatives. Serik then moved on to American Express as a Technical Product Manager, where they managed technical products from August 2018 to August 2019.

In 2019, Serik served as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at DAMA Puget Sound, demonstrating their expertise in marketing and business growth. Additionally, they were elected as a Vice President of the INFORMS Student Chapter, showcasing their leadership abilities.

Serik then joined Microsoft in October 2019 as a Technical Program Manager for the Digital Crimes Unit (DCU). In this role, they fought against cybercrime globally, utilizing technology, forensics, civil actions, criminal referrals, and public/private partnerships to protect customers and promote trust in Microsoft. This international team operated in 20 countries and consisted of attorneys, investigators, data scientists, engineers, analysts, and business professionals. Serik left the position in July 2021.

Currently, Serik is working as a Technical Delivery Manager at Neudesic since August 2021.
