Nilly Essaides

Nilly Essaides has been working in the finance industry since 1998. Nilly began their career at The NeuGroup as Managing Director, where they were responsible for the development of the peer group model and the launch of multiple peer groups. In 2008, they moved to Hedge Trackers LLC as Manager of Corporate Communications. In 2009, they joined the Association for Finance Professionals as a Consultant - International Treasury. In 2012, they began working at the Association for Financial Professionals as Director & Practice Lead of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). In this role, they were responsible for leading the FP&A Practice and collaborating with other AFP functions. Nilly also represented AFP at industry events, radio shows and through multiple external blogs. In 2016, they joined The Hackett Group as Senior Research Director, where they were responsible for supporting three advisory programs with quantitative and qualitative research. Nilly currently works at NeuGroup as Managing Director of Research & Insight.

Nilly Essaides holds a Master of Science in Journalism from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Marymount Manhattan College.
