Amanda Kulbitsky Stavinga has over 10 years of work experience in the health and wellness industry. Amanda began their career in 2012 as an Exercise Physiologist Intern at Lancaster General Health. Amanda then went on to work as a Personal Trainer at Get In Shape For Women in 2013. From 2014 to 2016, Amanda worked at Life Time - The Healthy Way of Life Company in various roles, including Nutrition Coach, Manager of the Metabolic Department, and Personal Trainer & Metabolic Tech. During this time, they also interned as a Coach at Precision Nutrition. In 2016, Amanda became a Wellness Coordinator & Health Coach at Yale New Haven Health, where they coordinated onsite wellness and prevention programs, provided confidential face-to-face lifestyle/health coaching, and aligned with key functional areas of the hospital to build a culture of health in the workplace. In 2021, they moved on to Meru Health as a Recruiter. Amanda then joined Calibrate in 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Communications Strategy Group (CSG®) as a Sourcer & Recruiter. Most recently, Amanda began working at Neura Health in 2023 as the Head of People.
Amanda Kulbitsky Stavinga graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Amanda also attended Lebanon Catholic School, where they completed their high school education. In addition to their formal education, Amanda has earned several certifications, including Certified Health Coach from the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (November 2018), Precision Nutrition Level 2 Coach from Precision Nutrition (October 2016), Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach from Precision Nutrition (August 2015), Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine (May 2012), and Certified Health Coach from the National Society of Health Coaches (January 2018).
